A while back I posted an idea to Ideaminers.org – an innovation community in Manitoba.

The idea was to create an easy to use 3D Scan and Print retail kiosk – a maker vending machine if you will.

Anyway, it looks like from this recent article from our friends over at Fabaloo, it is not too far off.

This incarnation is only for cell phone and cell phone accessories, but it may only be a matter of time before it expands to more. Very cool!!
