New levels of Ed’s law – “3D Print Everything”….

The folks from 3D Natives published this article about 3D printing in agriculture. Some of the applications are along the lines we have posted about before – manufacturing devices, custom tools, and drones. Others are interesting ways of using 3d printing that we may not have highlighted – and are awesome.

Bioprinting aside (and that is no small aside by the way ) there are so many ways to incorporate 3D printing technology to improve and innovate in one of the oldest industries.

Look at some of the areas noted – custom insect traps, horizontal/vertical farming, living walls, bee keeping, etc.

Now imagine the inputs of these are not petroleum based plastics, but plant based…. BAM… another positive impact to the carbon cycle, and green earth initiatives.

Love it!!!!
